Referral Contest

One of the greatest ways to show respect and appreciation to your instructors is to tell your friends and family about the school. To have some fun and share the benefits of the martial arts with our friends and families we have created a referral contest! When filling out the online referral form below, each of the friends will receive a two week trial membership as a gift from you.

Two ways to win prizes:

For every person (or family) that you refer to our school that becomes a member of our school, you will recieve one referral credit. Referral credits can be used to obtain the prizes listed below.

Referral Prizes:

1 Credit $50.00 gift certificate to the online proshop.
3 Credits Your choice of an Xbox, Playstation 2 or Tivo (40 HR)
5 Credits Dell Dimension 2400 Computer
8 Credits 3-Day Cruise for 2 People

Raffle Tickets:

If you use the online referral form you will also receive one raffle ticket for every person you try to refer to the school whether the join or not! At an upcoming belt ceremony we will then raffle prizes that includes free month passes for family members, school t-shirts, uniforms, private lessons and a grand prize 3-Day cruise for 2 people!

Contest Rules

1. Only submit a trial membership one-time to people you know and who reside in the Miami area. Do not SPAM people – send to people you don’t know or multiple times. You will be disqualified from the contest, lose access to the school web site and may be suspended or expelled from the school. The trial membership will have your email address listed in the reply-to field.

2. You must be at least 18 years old to participate in the referral contest. Parents feel free to enter for your children. To do so, you must create your own Black Lotus Academy of Martial Arts account that contains your contact information. Any referrals with your child’s information as the sender will not be accepted.

3. Black Lotus Academy of Martial Arts reserves the right to terminate or alter any part of this contest at any time without notice to you other than posting it on this web site.

4. Black Lotus Academy of Martial Arts is not responsible for any lost referrals due to incorrectly submitting information or technology glitches.

5. Students must be present at the designated raffle in order to receive raffle prizes. Black Lotus Academy of Martial Arts in its sole discretion will determine the dates, venues and locations for all prizes.
